If I could give this place negative stars I would. Brought mail to them to be sent out, the couple behind the counter overheard on the phone what I was sending out (which is my mistake, should have been smarter about that). Went back to retrieve the piece of mail, called before going and they said «mail has not gone out, if you dropped off today it’s still here.» When I came they were unable to find my mail, so I called the cops and when they showed up they said their security cameras weren’t real and there was no way of determining who could have possibly taken my mail. Needless to say, my mail never reached its destination. Shame on this place and the owner who was completely and totally arrogant and unresponsive. You’re better off going to a FedEx or a Kinkos.

My name is «Jaws» I’m a two year old dog from Newport Beach. My Mom is a Pomeranian and my father is a Terrier. The folks at Mail Boxes Lido ROCK!!! They are very professional and courteous. In fact every time I go there they give me a yummy dog biscuit plus they even have candy treats for the humans. I love picking up my mail at Mail Boxes Lido!!!

I love my boxes people. Everyone always nice, courteous and helpful. They always have a treat in their jar for my 6 year old. I’m so thrilled my neighborhood business is clearly the best !!!

If you are looking for someone to help you with shipping questions this is not the place. Twice I went to Mail boxes etc. to help me with shipping answers. Both times the large woman behind the counter looked at me like I was inconveniencing her by looking for inexpensive shipping alternatives. After the first time I wanted to give it another shot but my second time will be my last. There are too many alternatives in the area to put up with rude neighbors. The UPS Store is down the street a little farther. That is where I will be going from now on.
On a good note the other 2 gentlemen at the store seemed very nice but i’m glad I got the same person my second time so now I know not to go back.
