Good, not great. I would say as far as sushi flavor goes, I found the roll to be ‘average’ in flavor.
For a place selling sushi ‘burritos’ on a truck, they could do better. My roll was super loose and not edible as something I could have as ‘street food’. Service was quick and friendly and prices were reasonable.

The best roll /​sushi Burrito I have ever had.
Just pure deliciousness! The service was quick and great. Many options on the menu. I had the deep fried smoked Salmon roll called the super Philly Burrito.
Try them for sure if you see the food truck. I got lucky at the convention center in Anaheim :)
