So far, my review is based on customer service. I dropped off two Louis XV antique chairs for re-caning just yesterday. But if the product I get back is anything like the service, WOW! Jerry was referred to me by the owner of a local long-standing French Antiques store that closed shop. I’ve called a few times and he always answers. He is friendly to a fault, patient as the day is long and just a pleasure to be around. He even sat on the phone while I counted the number of holes in my chair (1,2,3,4,…26) to determine my price. I look forward to Unilocaling after I get my antique chairs back from him.
LATER: I’m adding this notation after getting my chairs back: WOW! Jerry takes his time but does awesome work. Be patient and expect perfection. Thanks, Jerry!
