I don’t usually write reviews however I had to share my experience at Dr. Roth’s. From the 1^st phone call to my on going treatment it has been an Amazing experience. I came in with what I thought was a badly sprained ankle twice the size of my normal ankle and the swelling was not going down, Dr. Roth took one look and said we better x-​ray and it was broken — he went over all of the treatments to help with the swelling and pain and I decided to do the laser treatments, I am happy to say that within 24 hours the swelling and pain had gone down significantly and within a week I could not believe the improvement. I would highly recommend Dr. Roth he makes you feel like you are his only patient and the personal attention to getting you back on your feet is a breath of fresh air in the medical profession today. His staff is very friendly and helpful Monica and Gina are always there to answer questions and help. Thank you Dr. Roth!!!

I have known Dr. Roth socially for years, and then having seriously injured my left foot in a walking accident about a year ago, I became a patient. Dr. Roth was able to quickly diagnose the condition, had me in a surgical boot for about six weeks, and everything healed up nicely. No need for any meds, just followed the doctors orders. Recently I returned to his office to have his assistant address some severe callouses which were causing me pain, and Gina did a fantastic job in taking care of the callouses. Dr. Roth and his people are highly competent and take a sincere interest in their patients. They definitely improved my quality of life and made my dress shoes comfortable again to wear!

Dr. Ivar Roth and Gina Reich of Concierge Podiatry are just terrific in their medical skills as well as their chair side personalities. I began the in office laser treatments for my fungal toenails about 18 months ago. They also have supported me throughout the lengthy process of my home treatments necessary to achieve clear, healthy toenails. Gina, a certified podiacurist, has done my monthly pedicures utilizing podiatrist tools and equipment to insure that my toenails continued to grow in healthy. The only thing I wish that Concierge Podiatry could do for me is to speed up the slow process of growing toenails at the slow rate of 2 mm per month!

Dr Roth is a salesman.
I broke my toe and had it x-​rayed and taped at Hoag urgent care. The doc there recommended I see a podiatrist to manipulate the bone back into place. I was skeptical but it hurt enough for me to try.
I brought my x-​ray to Dr Roth because he worked in the same medical building that I worked in. I was surprised that he greeted me with his concierge podiatry brochure, sharing what services he provided. I was there for a specific reason and did not expect the sales talk.
I saw him for a broken toe and he tried to sell me ten laser treatments for the broken toe, orthotics (‘for knee/​hip pain, I may have in the future’), a pedicure, and his foot care kit. Without really looking at my feet he told me I had fungus all over my feet and I was exposing my whole family to it. Even said I might have warts. Was he trying to scare me? If I had fungus and warts why didn’t he treat it. Why only recommend the expensive items, $ 500 of laser at 50% discount over ten more visits, $ 150 pedicure, expensive orthotics, future x-​ray, etc.
I felt I had to buy something to get out of there. I bought his footcare kit. It consisted of a brush, foot cream with his face on it, another small tube of cream for dry heals, and two rolls of green plastic bags to wrap my feet in. I had to laugh out loud when I opened up the kit tonight. The bags were green produce bags from Gelsons. Had Gelsons printed across them. Not so classy for such a nice location. My visit cost over $ 200 and that was with a discount. He says he doesn’t take insurance but after I paid he said he could try to charge my PPO.
So what did he do with my toe. Just wrapped tape around it. This visit could have costed me $ 1000s with follow up visits recommended. My toe healed fine by itself.
