Brought my friend come here for waxing and Emmi did a great job. It’s not painful and quick so my friend decided to come back for second time and she introduced the sugaring wax. Its amazing because you don’t feel sticky after waxing and less painful. Thank you Emmi for introducing the sugaring waxing. Definitely be back.

I called around to other places and felt uncomfortable many times. When I called and spoke to Emmi, she was perfect, made time to fit me in to a busy schedule. When I arrived, her studio is very clean and neat. Emmis’ very caring and professional approach had me comfortable and relaxed in no time. As a health care professional myself, I appreciate her easy, relaxed professionalism. Not only is she great with waxing, but her massages are even better. I have been going to Emmi for the past 3 months and love going here. She is very professional and caring. I had never had a wax in my life and she made sure to explain the process thoroughly to take some of my fears away. During the actual waxing she kept checking to make sure I was ok and would make conversation to distract me and put my mind at ease. My first service was Brazilian wax and I’m hooked. I was extremely shy and skeptical at first but Emmi is sweet and very professional lady. She made me feel very comfortable getting service from her that I only get my waxing done by her. She just launched sugaring so I tried it at my recent visit. I loved it.
Beside waxing, she is also my favorite masseuse. I booked a 90 minutes Thai massage session with her — believe me it worth every dollars.

We have known the owner of this business for years and know her to be a hard working and dedicated person. My G.F. has gone to her numerous times for massage & other services and says she is very good and knows her craft well. I was very impressed by Emmie at He She Wax, by the time my first visit for waxing was completed. She is professional and friendly, and the shop is clean, cozy and pleasant. I was a little apprehensive about getting waxed for the first time, especially in the lower «manscape» areas, but Emmie really put me at ease — she is highly skilled and efficient. I don’t know why people fear the pain of waxing… I didn’t think it was that bad at all! I subsequently got two massages from Emmie, and they were also very good and easy to schedule. So far I’ve had about 10 total wax or massage sessions at He She Wax, and I consider myself a permanent client. I especially recommend this shop to any man interested in waxing his chest, back, manscape areas, etc. Emmie is respectful, careful and light hearted, but most importantly, she does a great job!

I thoroughly enjoyed this 90 minute Thai massage. Located in Newport Beach in a hair salon, the massage room is towards the back of the salon. My masseuse, Emmy, started out by walking on my legs and back, which is always greatly appreciated. I tell you, if there is no back walking involved with my massages from now on, I ain’t doing it! She then oiled me up like a greased pig, massaging the warmed oil into my muscles. This is the first time a masseuse has used warm oil on me; I liked the sensation. She flipped me over to massage my scalp and then finally, the stretching! Whenever I hear cracking noises coming from my bones, I know the job is getting done! I especially like the stretch when the masseuse is behind you with her feet on your back, holding your hands. She worked her feet up my back, pulling my arms. I’d get that done every day if I could! The price was $ 85 for first timers for a 90 minute massage. The time passed quickly. I get a little light headed when a massage’s cost plus tip exceeds $ 100. I’d return to Emmy in a second, though!
