Ok so — this is the first cleanse I have EVER done, I was going to do the 2 day cleanse because I didn’t want to fail… when I called Catherine, she recommended the 4 day program, and assured me, with her support, I WOULD NOT FAIL. She had upmost confidence that her juices would satisfy me and see me through! Let me tell you, I was NOT disappointed! All of the juices (6 a day– all different flavors) were delicious! Yesterday was my last day cleansing and I made it through! I would highly recommend these juices for the everyday (which I am now ordering) or, for a kickstart cleanse. I was NOT hungry, this surprised me the most. I am looking forward to incorporating juice into my everyday well being! Fantastic place, supportive coach– what else can I say?
