Family Nature Summits

We’re fans! We’ve gone to two Family Nature Summits as a family and we could not have been happier with our experience. If you’re new to Family Nature Summits, this is how it works; every summer the summit meets in a different location of natural beauty and outdoor activity, you sign up, fly to the location and then take advantage of the group excursions and activities planned for summit attendees.
Our first summit was in St. Andrews By the Sea in New Brunswick, CA and our second was in Lake George, NY. In each instance our kids were engaged and active all day long, taken care of by the loving and energetic volunteer staff. Meanwhile, my husband and I went on hikes, boat rides, rock climbing, geology and bird watching talks — the works. We’d all meet up for meals and evening events. We all had a wonderful time. We look forward to our next summit every year.
