Nice plaza with something for everyone. As other reviewers have mentioned: Bristol Farms which also has a little café, Peet’s Coffee, Diane’s, Jack’s, Along Came A Spider. Sprinkles(cupcakes AND ice cream!) Tommy Bahama restaurant and retail… The library parking lot is connected, with the civic center right behind. A browse of the shops and visit to the park serves as a great circuit in the morning, especially if you’re walking with a little one in a stroller! And just beyond lies the coast. There is regular security monitoring, as well as maintainence to keep it clean and manicured. I always enjoy this plaza!

Cute little plaza next to a library. I love this plaza because it has sprinkles and I don’t have to pay for parking.

The stores here(including Bristol Farms, Sur La Table), and food options(the world famous Sprinkles Bakery, Tommy Bahamas, and Gulfstream), make this plaza first class. The new Newport Beach Library here is like no other. However, there is one thing that is a constant«fail» and keeps this from five stars — the parking situation. Bring a good luck charm of your choice, and keep hydrated while you circle the parking lot for hours looking for a spot.

This mall a cross between an outdoor shopping mall and a strip mall. Its layout is a strip mall but has the feel of an outdoor shopping mall. I like this shopping center because it’s close to Fashion Island and has great stores(i.e. Peet’s, Sprinkles). There’s ample parking here and all the stores are pretty easy to find due to its very simple layout. The stores line the perimeter of the property and they’re all facing towards the center where the massive parking lot is. To find a store, just simply stand in the middle and look around.
