Kathleen was a pleasure to meet with; her customer service was impeccable along with her knowledge of hair restoration. She was there to greet me with a welcoming smile when I arrived and I felt entirely comfortable and at ease as we discussed the various payment options and details of the procedure. I would recommend stopping by the Newport Beach office to see Kathleen if you are interested in hair restoration!
