Worst experience. Never have I waited so long to get service, just needed to get one SIM card changed, took 45 mins, they only had one person working at the counter

VERYPOORSERVICE. I have been an AT&T customer for over 15 years. I have always received excellent service at their retail stores, but not at the Corona del Mar branch. My daughter and I came in tonight to buy a new iPhone after speaking to a representative on the phone. When we arrived both sales associates were with customers so we waited and waited and waited. Then it became clear that this was all one group of people being waited on by 2 sales associates and the female sales associate was merely socializing with the young man, not doing business as the rest of his family was with the other associate. We finally started to leave but then got called back into the store although she acted as if we were interrupting her and it was all too much bother. She pulled up our account, gave us entirely different information than the phone representative had, and never offered any options. We then called customer support by phone from the store and got a supervisor on the phone who gave us 3 different ways to go, each one saving us more money. The sales associates at the Costa Mesa Store on 17th street are so much more helpful. I will definitely go there next time!
