First time here, not real thrilled. I was greeted with no smile, no «how can I help you», no nothing. Just a blank face that stood there looking at me. Even after I ordered there was no «thank you», no «have a nice day», nothing, just rudeness.
They call my name and hand me my hot sandwich, you know, the one I ordered cold. I look at the guy and said «I ordered a cold sandwich». He replied «oh you did?». Yes genius, cold. No apology, no offer to remake, nothing. All in all a rude, untrained, incompetent staff on duty today. It’s a shame because despite the order being slightly off it was a great sandwich. I did not see a «grown up» here working the entire time I was here. Lunch time rush, run by rude children and no adult management to be seen anywhere. Way to go.

We got the turkeywich, roast beef with aus ju and muffaletta while here. I really like the concept of how you order here. Its very different and pretty straight forward. You pick out the meat you want then choose the sandwich bag that corresponds to that one on the wall. You then pick up a marker and check off the ingredients any extras that you want. The wiches were pretty good but not well put together. My topping were spilling out and not well tucked into the bread.

Great place to get lunch. I love that they have so many choices and that they have a new sandwich every month. There is one employee who works super hard — young blonde. The other employees need to help her out! She is a whirlwind in the restaurant. Friendly and efficient. Y’all need to hire more like her.
