Don’t go to this store, very unprofessional. They never told me I have to filled paper to get bogo promo, even know I went back double check next day, the guy just hand me the promo paper to keep it. After 3 month. I never got my rebate, and went back to store 3 times. They just told me manager will call me back in 24 hrs, and I went to there today, the «solution manager» name Justin told me we will never filled paper for costumer. Seriously, will anybody forget 800 dollars? And he just left to other Rep name Colin, and he told me at this point, there is nothing they can do… And he call the costumer service for Verizon, guess what, it doesn’t go through, and I decide to call my own, and it go through. And he just left me hang in there

Try to switch cell phone to verizon and they say I need to make a $ 400 deposit before I can open an account with them because of my credit score which is 803. Don’t waste your time or money.

I’ve been a VZ customer for well over 10 yrs. went into this location last month to upgrade my iPhone. I stupidly listened to the sales guy as he offered me a deal for a upgrade, with «free tablet» & wireless speakers. Asked over & over how the charge would look on my bill, what were the hidden charges… I was repeatedly told there would absolutely no charges to me! (I’ve worked in sales before & by no means easily fooled) Well 30 days later (outside the 14 day return window) I received my 1st bill after the upgrade– there it was… $ 10 dollars in taxes for my new tablet that was going to be «absolutely no charge to me»!
I immediately contacted customer service, was told that this happens all the ALL the time– there is nothing they can do nothing to stop the stores!
BUYER BEWARE! Do not let them fast talk you into ANYTHING EXTRA!!!

If you want helpful employees, go elsewhere. These guys don’t give a single f*ck about you and will try every little thing to wring more money out of you and your cellphone plan. GO ELSEWHERE. Especially if their conniving, d*ckhead manager offers to help you.
