Their pricing is unnecessarily high. Save yourself some money and find a trustworthy mechanic to service your vehicle. Southowne wanted over $ 600 for brake pads and rear rotors! I just paid someone $ 230, the parts weren’t that expensive ($ 160) and it took him maybe an hour.

GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT BUT DO NOT TAKE THE LOANER.
The guys in the garage are great and easy to work with, but they rent through a satellite Enterprise office. The Enterprise company will charge you for their mistakes. My sister got a bill for damage to a car that occurred after she returned the keys. The Enterprise Rep. took his time checking the car for damages and by the time he got to the car someone had hit it (unless he did it when he was transferring the car and blamed it on my sister). My sister’s SUV was fixed, but the additional $ 900 bill from Enterprise might not be worth the service.
