Extremely rude and unprofessional. The place is dirty and you can tell they do not have enough money to operate efficiently. Runs customers off when you ask to have their work corrected to what you asked for and then argues with you about what you had originally told them. What ever happened to customer service in the smaller salons is beyond me but this is the second one in the Newnan area that does not wish to make the client happy or maybe its they can’t afford too. Which ever the case its unrealistic to treat clients this way and not honor their requests.
