Office Max is now closed, and it has become Office Depot. However, the customer service I received on their last few days was awful. I do hope that those workers that were absorbed by Office Depot will change their attitudes.

Seriously the worst Office max i’ve been too in all 10 states ive lived in… Never have i had so many people who didn’t know what they were selling. It was like they hired anyone who wanted to work. The guy i spoke to told me he had so many certifications yet he couldn’t tell me anything about the laptop i was buying. Which ended up breaking 2 months after being bought. Seriously not worth going and spending money might as well go to BEST BUY across the street or even Walmart where they know a lot more than these clowns. Worst service i’ve ever had in any electronic store DONT GO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

This has to be the worst office max there is and Georgia. I when in to make a copy and the lady was just so slow. I know why Office Depot is the better of the two. Because when you walk in you know you will be taken care of and out in 10mins.

Old fashion customer service in a high tech store! This is an example of what’s missing in America. I pass many similar stores on the way, and for a good reason.

Store is decent, staff is helpful. at times a bit to much. Good stock levels and they know thier sales. I use Impress service quite often. Love that I can email and pick up orders. Connie is well versed in the technology and always helpful. Prices in comparison to print services at officedepot are amazing. Job that cost $ 15 here cost $ 30 there. Definitely glad to have this store and their Impress staff in town!
