They broke a part on my car and expected me to pay for it. Good thing I knew someone to help point out that they broke it. Then they wanted to argue. They fixed it. But still didn’t appreciate the bad attitudes! Will not go back.

This place is slow, slow slow. They will tell you 30 min.
Rude and no concern for your time.
I like milkshakes as much as the next guy but all of your mechanics standing around drinking one while your lobby is full just seems wrong.

I felt I had to write this review after my third trip to this establishment. My husband and I are fairly new to town and we were looking for a mechanic. My husband took his car in for a few things, including rotating the tires. They ended up stripping the screws and had to replace them. There were a few other issues, too.
He went back there today just for an oil change. He figured, how could they screw that up? They said they would get him «right in». He checked back at the desk every 30 minutes and they kept saying, «you’re next… sorry for the delay». He ended up waiting 2 hours for a simple oil change! The issue wasn’t the wait; it was that he could have run all of his errands and come back if the wait was going to be so long.
Here’s the icing on the cake: as he left, they told him that if he put positive feedback on Unilocal and brought in a photocopy of it, they would give him his next oil change for free. So if you see a bunch of positive feedback with close dates, know that the people were all paid, in effect, for their comments.

I hadn’t been there until this visit. They are decently priced and semi-​prompt. Nothing to complain about. Took my 2007 Toyota to them and after tax I only paid $ 37 and some change for oil change, tire rotation, fluid top off and a check of most major things. They called it the road trip package or something like that. It took about an hour and a half to get to my car an maybe 30 minutes to actually do the work. Them being busy must say something about them right?
