ENT Institute – Newnan

I would follow Dr. Hadley Heindal to the ends of the earth! I have been his patient for about 15 years now — he has helped me overcome chronic sinus infections and manage migraines. He is practical in his methods and involves you in deciding on treatment. Dr. Heindal takes the time to explain things to you and does it with respect and honesty — he is never patronizing. However, if Dr. Heindal wasn’t so great, I’d rate a 3 due to the centralized phone /​roll over system the practice now utilizes. It pains me to not to give a 5, but it is very hard to get through and be able to communicate with the nurse with how their phone system is managed. The phones are a huge negative and I sincerely hope they fix it SOON. The only reason I put up with it is because of Dr. Heindal.
