I WILLNEVERGIVETHISBUSINESSMYMONEYEVERAGAIN. I purchased a number of visits for a price and they never told me that I had 30 days til they expired. They said it was written on a piece of paper that was on the front desk. I’m sorry, but if you’re selling me on this, then you should’ve SAID something. Anyways, I went in after the month and they told me that they would renew it and I used one of the visits then. I tried to go back thinking that I still had the 30 days and they told me they only renewed it for 2 weeks, WHICHTHEYSTILLDIDNOTTELLME. I ONLYHADANALLOTTEDTIMETOUSE. They must think I read minds. $ 50 down the drain. BADBUSINESS.

I went here the other day, and it was very nice and clean. They have nice beds, and change bulbs regularly. I believe there is a new owner, so I think the problems some people may have had in the past, are now fixed. My only complaints are that I went at night, and it was very very dark in there… Also, there is a little television right next to the door, and it was so loud that I could barely hear the person that was checking me in. Music would have been nice. Other than that it was fine.

I give 2 stars simply because the beds are powerful and I am noticing a difference in color. However, this has to be the most poorly run tanning salon in town. First off, my husband purchased a monthly membership for me as a gift, so it’s the only reason i’m staying to finish out the month, then I will be looking elsewhere for a tanning facility! Where do I start, the salon itself has a neat concept, but filthy, the carpets look as if they’ve never been cleaned nor vaccumed, it’s very cluttered and just looks un-organized. Don’t dare go to the bathroom here… I won’t say anything else, just don’t. Lastly, the staff consists of 16year olds who of course I don’t expect to have the BEST customer service skills, but at least somewhat. They can’t even put their cell phones down long enough to acknowledge a customer coming through the door, then they drag themselves out from behind the desk to go clean a bed for you, then as you leave not even a thank you or goodbye. I suggest the owner go visit some of the other tanning salons in the area to see how she could improve on some things.
