Wendys has great fries, good salads, their kids meal has a great toy roght now (cardboard build your own gingerbread house kit with stickers and crayons… my daughter keeps building and rebuilding), good chicken nuggets, and a really good spicy chicken sandwich.
Most of the staff is super friendly, but there is one lady who is very angry, and makes me nervous when I’m ordering.

Great service and above average food. I’ve never had cold fries here, which is more than I can say for similar fast food places.
If you’re time-limited like I am, make sure you get here early on weekdays (11 – 11:15) or there might be a significant wait for your food. Good in the sense that they’re presumably making your food fresh, but I’ve got a 30-minute lunch break and I just don’t have time for it. Hopefully you don’t run into someone ordering for their entire office.

The staff who work the drive thru are very nice here. The frostys at Wendy’s are gluten and soy free so I was able to enjoy something fast and cool on a particularly warm day. I will return again because of how pleasant the experience was.

A perfect storm — hungry, driving down the Berlin Turnpike and running late caused me to pull into this restaurant for a quick lunch. I reviewed the menu and ordered a double stack cheeseburger and small fries to go. There must have been a mix up on the order because it took over 5 minutes for it to be filled. The fries were skin on, crispy and very good while the hamburger was on the dry side and just okay.
