I just left the bristol location and seriously im not too happy i tryed to exchange a bottle of the berry slush because it was a 3 mg and i vape 6mg. The kid said all sales are final. The bottle was still sealed and was their house line. Thats the last time i go there. Ill stick to vaper venue from now on cause their customer service is excellent

No doubt this is a beautifully presented vape shop. The juice stock displayed on the wall behind the counter, supplies shown in glass cases, and every single flavor available to vape from quality atomizers with sub ohm coils in them. A little seating to enjoy your vape too. But I just couldn’t believe what I heard and experienced tonight. The man behind the counter, whom I assume is one of the owners, or at least one of the foremost employees, said this to his colleagues, and I am paraphrasing: «I just hate it when customers are like, all demanding and shit. They’re like ‘give me one of these, and one of these, and one of those.’ I’m like dude… this is my shop, I don’t HAVE to sell it to you.» As if I wasn’t standing right there… the only customer left in the shop. Despite the off-putting business conduct, I found an ejuice I really liked and wanted to buy. «three six or twelve?» he rapidly queried, referring to the nicotine strength of the juice I chose. «I’m closing up in like, two minutes so…» Seriously? Rushing me out the door? And then the price — that was truly the last straw — $ 22 for 30mL. Holy Christ on whole wheat toast, what’s it made out of, black tar heroin? I know a brick and mortar shop is gonna cost a little more, but when the same amount can cost you $ 9 on the internet, $ 22 is laughable. In short: an unconscionably expensive product, employees that are openly disparaging of the customers that are their small-business lifeblood, and an apparently draconian opening hours policy… as if the world would explode if he closed the shop at 8:03 so he could serve one last customer. I walked out and purchased nothing… and much like my vaping, that’s a habit I plan to continue.

I like this place. They have a good selection of devices and accessories. Their house line of juices is very good. They now seem to have branched out to a few other juice lines as well. Staff is also very knowledgeable and very helpful. My main gripe with this place is that their juice isn’t exactly cheap. They do seem to have some reasonably priced large bottles now which is why I gave up four stars. Their pricing on devices is very good for the most part though. I’ve been to draco vapory a few times and I’ll be back.
