I haven’t been to too many Indian places in a food court and was a bit skeptical about trying this one out, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The curries tasted fresh and the naan was served hot out of the oven, and the prices were very reasonable. A great place for a quick Indian fix and I strongly recommend it!

I love Spice of India! I’ve eaten there about six times now, and every time the food has been super fresh and delicious. I’m very new to trying Indian food and was confused about what to order, but the staff there made it really easy for me. I told them that I didnt want anything too spicy, and they let me try a few different dishes to test. They told me the ingredients, too. I’ve had the butter chicken and the tandoori chicken, and one other main dish that I can’t remember the name of. The tandoori is my favorite — really tender chicken, not too spicy, but still loaded with flavor. I sopped up all the sauce with my naan! I also tried the appetizers that are made with potatoes and peas(can’t remember the name) and those were great, especially with the little sauce that they give you. I love this place and will continue to come back for great food and service. I think the people who have complained on here must own the competitor’s booths at the mall, because I can’t imagine getting anything less than a great meal here.

I used to eat here because their food was okay, til I pulled a hugeeee long hair out of my curry today. And that’s all she wrote.

It’s refreshing to find an Indian food joint at a mall food court in New England. However, I was excited about this only during the first few visits. I would have preferred more variety in the meals. The only thing I can strongly vouch for is the Garlic Naan which is always so fresh that it melts in your mouth!

My first Indian experience and it was amazing! A friend from work suggested Indian for lunch and I was psyched to try. I had Chicken tikka masala and naan. I wanted to try the Mango Lassi, but I ran out of room. I ate all my food and went shopping happy and full. Will be back again soon.

Great Indian food! I was surprised to come upon such a find in the mall of all places! I’ve eaten there about 5 times now, and all of them were a 5-star experience, except for the last. It was not as good as previous times, so I’m dropping my rating to 4-stars. I will bring it back to 5 if they up their game the next time! :)

I’m dropping them down a star. The last two times I’ve gone, the food’s been mediocre(in terms of flavor and freshness) and they were not as generous with their portions. More in-line with what you’d expect from a mall stall now. Though, I’ll inevitably still crave Indian and will end up eating here again for the prices. I’ll update if it gets better(or worse).

Surprisingly good food for a food stand in a mall, I was pleasantly surprised! We had chicken masala, chicken korma, samosas, naan and some other kind of masala with chickpeas(the name escapes me). The samosas were the best part! They were fresh and delicious. The chicken dishes were very good, but salty. The chick pea dish was so-so and extremely salty. The naan was a bit soggy and didn’t have that much flavor. I also noticed that a few of the warming trays that some of the offerings looked like they had been sitting there for a while. However, we did go at about 8pm, so I would imagine if you went there earlier they would be fresher. I’m giving this place 4 starts not because it’s 4-star-worthy Indian food, but rather because its good Indian food for the price and for how fast you get it. It’s definitely worth a try, we’ll be going back!

This new take-out Indian restaurant in the food court was a pleasant surprise, and a great option for a quick Indian meal. I checked it out at the recommendation of a co-worker. When I arrived, I looked at the dishes on offer for the day, which included several different chicken and vegetarian options(there may be other offerings, but those were what I was interested in). I was hard-pressed to choose between the chicken tikka masala and the palak paneer, both of which looked very appealing. I went with the chicken in one of their«specials» plates — one entrée item plus a GENEROUS serving of rice. The chicken was delicious and flavorful, although not particularly spicy. There were nice chunks of chicken in the sauce, and plenty of sauce left to drizzle over my rice. I also ordered garlic naan, which was nicely cooked and loaded down with garlic — delicious! Finally, I tried out the gulab jamun for dessert. While the flavor of these deep fried dry milk and cottage cheese balls was solid, and the honey and rose water syrup in which they were served was pleasant, the cheese balls themselves were chilled through, and would have been improved had they been more freshly made. All in all, this is a great option for a quick lunch, with very reasonable prices(my entrée, rice, naan, and dessert totaled under $ 12). The staff is very friendly and helpful, and offered me tastes of different entrees to help me select my meal. And best of all, the lovely aromas from the restaurant improve the overall smell of the entire food court!
