I had a great experience at this location. I had driven around to a few places and no one could look at my car– I had a slow leak tire and Chris Harriman was able to get my car looked at right away and fixed at a low price. Everyone was friendly and service was pretty fast. The waiting area was clean– even had a free cup of coffee. Thank you!

I was looking for tire replacement, got quotes from different tire stores and these guys offered pretty cheap. They gave me discount on wheel alignment. Tires are fine right now will wait and see if I get any problems, will update the review if I have any. I gave 4 stars because the person is really helpful and explained me all services and took me inside to show me different tires, was pretty quick got my tires installed in 2 hrs from the time I walked in. I went on a Sunday they were not busy that time. I enjoyed my time visiting mall behind this place. I will definitely recommend this place to friends. If you are looking for tires its worth checking this place before buying.

Got tires for really cheep here but they take way to long just buying tires should not take me 30 min to get them at most 5
10 more minutes have went by now and I’m still sitting here ready to leave but I paid $ 210 for 4 tires and need them now

Triple A dropped my car and I off here after I had a flat tire and it couldn’t be repaired. I knew I was about to get the run around when a manager that was outside saw us pull up and had a huge grin on his face.
The manager tried to get me to buy a package which included alignment and more, but I wouldn’t budge. He showed me the flat and said it couldn’t be repaired, so I would have to buy a new one. I chose the same brand of tire I had on my car so it wouldn’t look weird, he did not recommend choosing that brand stating «There are much better ones for just a little bit more money»
I would not stop here again, and if it was not for the Triple A driver saying we had to go there, I wouldn’t have.

Came up from Boston on a Saturday to get my car inspected but forgot my keys so I had to travel back Sunday and found my usual place wasn’t open on sunday. Biggest mistake, completely awful service. Had an 11am appointment. My car didn’t even enter the garage till 12:30pm, everything was done by 1:45pm. They failed my car for a front break that they said didn’t work and low tire tread. Immediately checked all this after and everything was fine (tires weren’t passed the threshold and breaks functioned completely normal. Took it to my usual place the following week and everything checked out fine. Would never recommend going here, they just want to sell tires.

I had a leaky tire that needed to get patched and was told over the phone it would take 20 – 30 minutes. I was pressed for time, and it took that log just to get me processed. My car then sat there for another 40 minutes, then when it was in the bay it took another hour +…all in, 2 hours to patch a tire, and I was not pleased having to watch 2 full hour long episodes of Gene Simmons Family Jewels… BUT…
THEY TOOK CARE OF ME IN THE END… realizing that it was way over the time it was supposed to take on a slow Saturday, they comp’ed the whole thing. I was amazed, but the realized they screwed up.
So bad services happens, but when they take care of you, it means something… I will go back and give them the benefit of the doubt.
