Rude beauty advisor! White blonde bob haircut with green and orange glasses. I inquired about a product I had seen in the store and on the Chanel website a couple years ago. She immediately shut me down telling me that item has never been in her counter or on a US website. She didn’t direct me to another product to purchase either. They need to let her go.

This review is for the Chanel cosmetics there. Robin, the most horrible person you could ever meet if you go to a Chanel counter. She is very disrespectful and if you dont look like a rich person, don’t ask her any question. Dont even dare to try any product. She will be angry if you dont buy anything. She will simply ignore you. I had to ask for the manager to come over to deal with her…. I had such a nightmare-​like experience with Robin and will not go back ANY MORE!!!

This review is specifically for Rebecca in the Wedding Registry department. She is very sweet and cleary takes a great deal of pride in her job. We honestly thought we would have difficulty registering in this store because its on the smaller side but its the most local Macy’s to our home. Rebecca gave us an overview of the process but let us roam on our own without hovering. It was a fun and relaxing expirience, and she helped on items that they didn’t have on display in store. The biggest thing was the time she took to explain how the registry at Macy’s works and the extra perks and discounts she’ll help us and our wedding guests get. Definitely a value add!
