Took almost a month to get my sunglasses. Wrong lenses were ordered in December, probably an honest mistake, but they were also back ordered. So I waited for the back ordered lenses then found out they weren’t even correct. Then had to wait for the right ones. Everytime I went in to pick up the sunglasses I wasted 30 – 45 minutes. The turn around time was slow, and as other reviewers have mentioned it’s constantly busy. Just wasn’t a great experience at all. When you spend $ 500+ for rx sunglasses you’d expect a decent experience.

We were helped by two very knowledgeable and friendly people. But the whole thing about $ off this package versus that package versus coupons feels scammy to me. I imagine that their wide array of lens options are helpful for various people’s needs, but again, it’s like they want to up-sell you. Pluuuus, if you don’t care about having a famous person’s name on your frame, skip the store and go online. I personally swear by

Is there a negative one here? My glasses are dropped and lenses are broken. I stopped by yesterday. The lady was mocking at me! She even invited her colleagues over. So in one second, 3 ladies from lensecrafters were staring at my broken glasses and gave this really sarcastic sympathy. When it comes down to pricing, she is such a snob. She gave me the expensive price and the wrong quote about insurance discount. It happens people make mistakes on statement, but she addressed in very sarcastic and unwelcoming way. I just turn my back and left.

Better not be in a hurry and expect your appointment to be on time. They took two walk ins who got here at the same time as me for a contact lens exams whereas I was ontime for my own pre scheduled exam. Probably won’t return.

I’ve been wearing glasses for 30 years and this was the worse experience buying glasses I’ve ever had. Staff was brusque and unhelpful. When the glasses arrived the lens were not clear and obviously wrong, gave me a headache within minutes. They would not fix, $ 600 mistake. Avoid at all costs.
