I have to personally thank a young gentleman named «Tim» for his help the other day. Understandably, not many people in retail take their jobs too seriously, but Tim clearly deserves a few more bucks an hour for his work.
I just bought an XBOX 360, my first console in 11 years, because, well… I became an adult. Still, I walked in the door knowing absolutely nothing, dreading being laughed at and fragged like a total n00b.
Instead, Tim gave me a freakin’ presentation. Eight years of video games covered in ten minutes. Explanations of popular games in every genre. Suggestions for inexpensive games to build up my library.
It was exactly the introduction I needed to get going with my new 360. No judgment, no belligerent sighs of teen angst. Just a nice fella doing his job. A rarity these days indeed.

Great selection, and you can trade in games towards new ones. The discount card gets you money off used games and more back in your trades. I dot bother going anyplace else.
