Dental by Design

The worst experience of my life. The cleanings hurt and then The entire staff tries to sell you on extra procedures that are not actually needed. This occurred to me and my new dentist confirmed I did not need deep cleanings etc. I found other patients who left for the same reasons.

I had been putting off going to the dentist for YEARS, and because of a cracked and painful tooth, was forced to make an appointment. I chose Dental By Design because my husband had bought me a groupon for a cleaning and whitening.
I am so glad that I sucked it up and went in for a consultation. They were friendly and warm from the moment I walked in the door, and they have the top of the line, latest equipment. It’s clean and inviting and they make you feel comfortable and at ease. When I expressed my anxiety about being there at all, I was immediately comforted and my many options for pain relief and anxiety relief were explained in full.
They want you to like going there, it’s obvious that I am not the only one nervous to be in a dentist chair, these people are experts at dealing with anxiety. Give them a try, and while you may not be counting the days until your next appointment (come on, it’s still a trip to the dentist), I promise you won’t find every excuse in the book not to go, because these folks know what they’re doing.
