I have been to many Buffalo Wild Wings but this one is HUGE. They certainly got a nice piece of the the Fox Run Mall here. Plan accordingly because despite this place having more seats can get very busy quick. The food was great and the staff is always on the move ensuring a good dining experience and providing top level customer service. I even saw two waitresses discussing a $ 20 bill that had dropped near our table. Instead of picking it up and walking away with it they checked each customer to see if they had dropped it and they later found out it was a another waiter who had dropped it and returned it to them. That is what co-workers should be like at all establishments.

The food was awesome but Gabi was what gave the place 5 stars she’s extremely friendly, provided excellent customer, was fast with our order. And was extremely kind to my grandson which made me very happy with the service that we received.

Brought my son here for his favorite, mini corn dogs. ordered drinks(couple sodas), they came out no problem. when we ordered food they gave us this story about how they are out of them, some manufacturer problem, so we decided to go somewhere else. we had to pay for untouched drinks as if it was our problem.

We ordered drinks, they were incorrect, then appetizer, they brought us the wrong app 3 times lol. Then dinner, all meals were cold and one incorrect… not worth it

I am from Columbus where BW3 started. This location. Is getting it wrong. Very chintzy on the sauce. The wings are always dry and I always have to request more sauce. Driving to Danvers from now on.

I honestly want to give it a one but i hate writing bad reviews. I LOVEEEE buffalo wild wings its my jam. But in the many times ive ordered out from here they ALWAYS get my order wrong! Its one thing if they forget something or dont make it the way you asked while your dining there cause you can ask for it to be changed but every time ive picked up from here they forget my ranch even though they read it back to me and another time i asked for mild wings and lightly sauced and when my husband brought it home it looked like they threw them in the box out of the fryer and took a whole bottle of sauce and pored it on top. It was so bad i was trying to scrape it off with a knife cause it was smothered and eventually had to rinse them off under the faucet… i was in pure desperation to have dinner. My suggestion is dine in so you can make sure they get your order right.

Was hoping for an enjoyable evening with dinner and drinks. It was anything but… Arrived and waited a few minutes to be seated. Once seated we waited 8 minutes before we were even acknowledged. We were just about to leave when a waitress approached to say she would be right with us. It wouldn’t be so bad but the place was less than half full. We had at least 5 different waiters walk by without even a glance. My husband made a comment that we must be in the dead zone. We finally ordered. Drinks and dinner at once. We then waited another 22 min for our meal. She checked in on us shortly after the food arriving. We asked for the check. We finished eating and waited another 10 minutes before the waitress finally brought the check. Not wanting to wait any longer we paid cash and left. Feeling completely discouraged, it will be along time before we return. IFEVER!!!

I am literally sitting at the bar(right at this moment) specifically asked for a game to be put on… The tv right in front of me which is off to the side of the bar. Manager comes over talks to a few regulars and then changed the channel on me because the regulars wanted to watch something else. Mind you they are siting in the middle of the bar and there are a ton of other TV at the bar in front of them that they can put their game on. The worse part is the bartender knew I was watching the game and let the manager turn the channel without saying a word. I was going to stay a while but after the manager turned the channel i am leaving. Didn’t even finish my beer. This Buffalo Wild Wings franchise needs better customer service. Never coming back and this is my go to place for games. Disappointed.

Service is good, but the food is mediocre at best, they have a tendency to skimp on the sauces, and I’ve noted a very real decline in drink strength. The mixed drinks just aren’t as good anymore. I wouldn’t recommend until they get their act together.

Always good wings and nice selection of sauces. Took a while to get our food though. $ 3.75 for a tall glass of bud which was huge.

Great beer selection and a great spot to watch the game but the food at any BWW is terrible.

I know a cook here and the food is far from fresh… the best part about it is the lively environment and beer. Great place to watch any sporting event. The wings are pretty good– some cool sauces like Asian Zing, Thai Curry, Jammin Jalapeño, hot bbq and more. Go here for the environment and the food will good enough.

We’ve been here a few times but it has been going downhill in quality every visit. The only reason that I gave it two stars instead of one was that the server was very nice. The Parmesan chicken flatbread was so salty it was in edible. The wings(their specialty) were undercooked and not crispy. Drinks were overpriced and ended up being fully half of our final bill. They said that they were breaking in new kitchen staff but this was the last chance I am willing to give Buffalo Wild Wings.

I’ve actually never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before. Not the biggest fan of chicken wings nor spice so I didn’t think it had much to offer me. My partner and I decided to try this location because I’d heard they served poutine, and I am a sick person when it comes to my poutine obsession. We went on a Saturday afternoon and while pretty crowded, we were promptly seated and had a friendly waitress who took our drink order. I enjoyed being able to see the Bruins on the big screen televisions although it felt a bit weird to have speakers with the coverage amidst all the noise in the restaurant. It felt like Jack Edwards’s disembodied voice was standing twenty feet behind me as I watched the screen ten feet in front of me. There was also a trivia game going on which I’ll get to in a moment. The menu is good. Obviously, they have a lot of beers and chicken wing flavors on there. We started with a pita chip and artichoke dip appetizer and it was my favorite part of the meal. Absolutely full of gooey deliciousness. Went really well with my Angry Orchard cider too. We decided to try some wings. As mentioned before, I am an absolute spice wimp. I picked the first listed — sweet bbq and my partner went two or three down on their spice menu(which I appreciated!) and got the parmesan garlic. To no one’s shock, those were too spicy for me so I ate the sweet bbq. They were okay. Nothing extraordinary. The price was fine for all of the items we tried. What I found pretty disturbing, however, was the trivia game going on in the background on one of the other television screens. I don’t know if that’s run by Buffalo Wild Wings or they’ve bought into another company’s creation but one of the questions was quite racist and I would have been insulted had I been Chinese. I won’t repeat it here but it was a question about which country Mao rose to power in and one of the final clues they gave was extremely racist. Pretty shocked they would be able to get away with that and not know better in 2014. Doubtful that I’d ever go back to this location. The poutine isn’t even on the menu anymore and I’m not a big fan of chicken wings nor racism. Good for what it is but nothing special.

The service was fine, but the food was borderline. The burger lacked flavor(not the best ground beef), and the cheese that came with my pretzel was congealed on top. The Buffalo Chip fries were kind of soggy. My REAL problem is that this lunch did not sit well. I think it took 24 hrs for me to feel like myself again. Not sure I would go to any BW3s to be honest! I have nothing against these people. You can do better.

Although I’ve not tried every restaurant on the NH seacoast, this one is most likely the worst. All it’s good for is beer and different sports on the multitude of TVs. It was extremely loud inside, so don’t expect to listen to the broadcast. BWW is the Chucky Cheese of sports bars. I went here alone, sat at the bar. It was the night of an ALCS game on TV. I had a jones for wings… BWW seemed the obvious choice. Mistake! Bartender was prompt with the greeting and the beer I ordered. I ordered a snack size of the medium heat Buffalo wings. I order these at the same time the guy next to me ordered his meal. His meal showed up a good 10 – 15 minutes before my 6 wing pieces. Medium spice — nope, I wouldn’t even call these spicy enough to hit the mild mark. The wings, although cooked well were tiny. Sandwich I ordered after finishing the wings showed up quickly, like the other guys meal. On the tastiness scale it was about a 2. The place is very loud. The high definition TVs are all small, like in your bedroom size. The large TVs are not high definition, if they are supposed to be high definition then something is wrong. BWW might be good at other franchises, but the one in Newington, NH leaves A LOT to be desired.
