Wow. Just Wow. We went in and there was a small group of customers and one associate. Niel. He was all alone and I was worried. How long would it take? I shouldn’t have worried. Niel thanked us for waiting repeatedly and a few minutes later when it was our turn, was awesome. We wanted the promotion, two phones for free when you transfer a number and Niel was so nice about giving us that. There was a problem caused by my former carrier that delayed the porting of my number and Niel stayed with it until it was done. He gave us cute complimentary phone covers and called the next day to make sure we were happy. He even invited us for donuts on National Donut Day. We love our phones and Niel is amazing. I visited this store to take advantage of a current promotion. There are a few other MetroPCS stores in the area but I decided to go here since it is closer to the freeway. I’m glad I chose this store because the customer service here was excellent. I especially want to thank Niel for his friendly personality, positive attitude, and attention to customer service. Highly recommended!
