I DEALT WITH THE WORST EMPLOYEE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH IN MY LIFE. Not only was he rude when I apologized because I was lost which was the reason I pulled into the parking lot, he cussed me out multiple times, as well as, talked down to me, and even scared me.

Maxwell does the security for my housing community and I am very impressed with the level of professionalism this company shows. We always have residents parking in guest spots which becomes very annoying when you need one them. We also always get kids smoking or other things in the laundry room and thankfully these guys always help.
Even though people get upset with them a lot they still tow cars when they don’t belong, and help out our community. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for professional guards who actually do there job and are not lazy. I feel much better knowing there around.

Maxwell security is not a credible company to use. The employees harass the community they ‘secure’ and when you have a complaint they are unprofessional and do not display correct customer service.
