They were very efficient and fixed our roof in a timely manner! Definitely recommend them!

We needed a new roof, and gathered estimates from several companies, including JD Jones Roof Crafters. The other companies were flaky (not showing up for appointments on time or never sending us estimates) and /​or much more expensive than we were expecting. JD Jones were the ONLY roofing company who showed up on time, didn’t try to sell us stuff we knew we didn’t need, and who provided a prompt and very reasonable estimate.
Because of that, and because they had great reviews elsewhere online, we went with them. And we couldn’t be happier!
Their crew arrived right on-​time on the day they had scheduled, and were efficient, professional and friendly. In fact after the old roof was removed they showed up early the next day because it looked like it was going to rain. The job took about two and a half days, and each day their guys cleaned up the area very well.
We had many questions along the way, and Jeanie (a co-​owner of the company) and Nicole in their office were always prompt, helpful and patient with us. Before the work started they also sent Dave (the owner) out to meet us and answer some questions, and he was helpful and pleasant too.
Once the work was complete Jeanie arranged for the city roofing inspector to come out and he certified the work.
Our new roof looks fantastic! We couldn’t be happier and have no hesitation in recommending Roof Crafters!
