I have had several pedicures here. Fast and friendly service. I do always call ahead to be sure they have time but I have never waited. They are very clean too! Very relaxing atmosphere.

The first time I went there it was a pretty good pedicure. The second time was absolutely the worst experience one could have. The nails were cut crooked and jagged. The polish was all runny with thick and thin patches. The 15 minute massage lasted exactly 9 minutes. The technician was very rough and abrupt. I had to keep saying ouch that hurts. He wasn’t paying attention and was looking around a lot. I made them fix the nail cut and polish although the one big toenail was cut so short on one side it couldn’t be fixed. At first they were going to charge for the massage but after I complained about the short massage I wasn’t charged for that. I was going to buy a pedicure package but thank goodness I didn’t because I won’t be coming back to this place.

Absolutely unable to support appointments. I have made appointments three times only to show up and wait 15 to 30 minutes. Additionally, when making my last appointment, I specifically asked to have my «fill» and pedi done at the same time, the receptionist checked with the nail technician, he said yes he could do that. Great — as I only had a babysitter for 1 hour.
Fast forward two hours when I showed up for my appointment, I waited 20 minutes AND then the owner told me they could not do both at the same time as THEY were too busy. Then sat me at the nail tables for another 5 minutes as the nail technician finished polishing another client.
My 1 hour appointment is now 25 minutes late.
My time is valuable. I am a repeat customer — I get my nails filled every two week along with a pedicure — and I tip 20%. I will take my business elsewhere.
