ABC Jet Steam Carpet Cleaning

ABC Jet Steam and Kelly (and previously, his wife Debbie) have taken care of my carpets and now my tile for over 15 years now.
You could not hope to find a more honest, kind, thorough carpet/​tile cleaning service ever, anywhere. I absolutely trust Kelly and his judgment of what needs to be done, and as an added bonus, he’s the only service that I know of that will do cleaning on Sundays.
Summary: No flashy ads, no pressure to add extras, nothing but wonderful, attentive service.

Deb and Kel Brown cleaned an incredibly hammered sofa of ours a couple of years ago and it turned out super. We wanted our carpets cleaned this spring, after that fine work, and the job they did was fantastic! They called to let me know they would be running a little late, but showed up right on time anyway. They are friendly, professional, clean and efficient. The carpets were dirty just from wear; the nap came back nicely and the environmentally friendly products they use are a real plus due to chemical sensitivity I have from working in the pest control industry for a decade. The carpets feel great and the price was the best. We’ll be having Deb and Kel back for as long as we need carpets or furniture cleaned. I like keeping my money in the local economy and to small business owners like Deb and Kel. You guys rock!

I was moving out of a large rental house and needed to have the carpets cleaned as part of my obligations. I contacted ABC and got a prompt response and was able to make an appointment on short notice.
Kel and Deb showed up on time, provided a quick, reasonable estimate and then went ahead with the work on my approval.
I was taking care of 10 different things that day so I wasn’t able to be there for much of the time they were working. They needed no hand holding and took care of the work quickly and carefully. At no time did I feel like they cut corners because I was distracted. They did a great job.
Overall I had a great experience with ABC. I like dealing with small businesses where the owners/​staff actively care about the work they do and the satisfaction of their customers. Kel and Deb are such people.
