Worldwide Cyclery

These guys are awesome. I demoed a couple of bikes and had them build up a custom bike for me. Very knowledgable and could not be nicer guys. Andy and Jeff went way out of their way to help me. If you are into mountain biking you owe it to yourself to check these guys out. More of a high-​end shop with boutique brands rather than big-​box type of bikes. It was a bit of a drive for me but worth it.

These guys are great. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. I ordered a bike a little more than a week away from Christmas and they got it in and built, ready for me to pick up on Christmas Eve! Every attention to detail was paid. A great experience. I just wish I lived closer so I could bug them more often. Thanks guys.

If your looking for a shop that isn’t locked into 1 or 2 major brands this is it. They carry almost every brand. They are constantly building new demo bikes from several manufactures so they try out everything. They seem more open minded than most shops around. Not just biased about the brands that they push. They are more knowledgeable about Trail/​AM/​Enduro/​DH whereas the other shops tend to focus on Road and Cross-​country. Whether your considering buying from their online store or as a LBS feel confident with their 30-​day return policy. I’ve returned a couple of items already and they really do want to make sure you like and can use what you buy.

Went here to get something for my boyfriend, I don’t know much about bikes or bike parts but these guys really took the time to talk and explain things to me. And didn’t treat me like I was just a dumb girl! I was very impressed. Would have given them a solid 5 stars but since I don’t know much about the parts I didn’t feel it was fair for me to rate on that. Definitely 5 stars for their knowledge and customer service though! Highly recommend these guys!

I recently made a 30 dollar purchase with Worldwide Cyclery on the Internet. I was extremely pleased with the prompt customer service I was given. I had a concern about the item I had purchased, I emailed Worldwide Cyclery regarding this concern. Less than half an hour later I received a phone call from them. I did not request a phone call in the email, they simply used the information I had provided when ordering and called me. Jeff really seemed to genuinely care about my purchase and customer service. I really enjoyed that. Other companies might respond to emails if you’re lucky but never have I received a phone call about something that cost so little. I am extremely pleased with the way Worldwide Cyclery does business. I look forward to definitely doing more business with this company and recommend that you do as well. Thank you again Jeff.

Great Shop and awesome selection of frames and high end brands. I was recently in search of a Devinci Spartan as my new bike and Andy took care of me and got everything i needed. Nice and very easy to deal with and good prices, will definitely be buying from them again.
