AGAIN this location disgust me. I don’t know why I gave them another chance. Just ordered biscuits and gravely to have STICKERS in my food!!! What he hell!!!

It’s a fast food joint nothing out of the ordinary, fast food good service and clean dining area is expected so I give them 4 stars. The lady taking my order was nice and prompt she greeted me upon arrival and waited patiently, I’ve been to other restaurants where they roll their eyes as you take your time. Not here. The lady taking my order offered me all the bells and whistles with my meal add cheese add bacon, hot sauce even dessert and shakes and cookies, that’s good if I was in the mood for it. At the moment I wasn’t but after I finished I stll had room for some dessert and went and got a shake, which hit the spot in the 95 degree weather. I took one star off due to. The restroom smelling really bad, some air fresher would help, I did mention it but saw no action at least while I was there. It’s not their fault some dropped a bomb in there but they should have at least checked it out.

BEWARE: Get your receipts. Two experiences recently where they did not give receipts at the Drive-Thru. One was a cash purchase, the other for credit. Today’s surly drive thru experience was exasperating as they didn’t put in the sauces for the chicken nuggets kids meals. The food was ok, but the order takers/drive thru staff are in serious need of some training as they left me waiting there for about 6 minutes waiting on those sauces even though there was no other customer around(not in the drive thru nor in the restaurant). The worker then proceeded to lecture me on how sauces are not included in the kids chicken nugget meals and how you have to specifically ask for them otherwise they’re not included and on and on and on she went justifying how she didn’t include the sauces. Actually, this is the first I’ve heard of this policy and have a feeling she made it up.

Customer service at the drive thru has been improving. I appreciate drive thru personnel with strong communication skills & good English. Presley was working today, she is great! The employeed are starting to seem like In & Out quality. Jalepeno Turkey Burger is my favorite!

The service was really slow, it is midnight so don’t expect it to be fast at this time. Even though they got our order correct, they didn’t repeat it back to my bf and I. Could hardly understand them at the window, as if they were mumbling. It’s was awkward. Ill remind myself not to come here again at least late night.

I’m proud to say I like Carl’s Jr burgers! We know they are a chain and what to expect but I needed to explain. The place is always clean and food is fresh… fresh in the sense its freshly made or heated. I did have a problem once and they went out of their way to fix it and I super appreciate that!

Horrible service at this Carls Jr inspired me to sign up to Unilocal and write my first review. We walked in to a pretty empty restaurant at about 3pm and stood at the counter waiting for one of the two ladies to take our order. They looked busy with a drive-thru order so immediate attention wasn’t expected. I looked outside and there wasnt a line at the drive-thru so it was just one order. Then after a couple minutes, one of the ladies stopped to take our order. In mid-order/mid-sentence, she got distracted and walked away. My girlfriend and I just turned to each other in disbelief. Then the second lady came to our register and instead of completing our order, proceeded to take the order of a customer who had just driven up. Then she walked away leaving us standing there. At that point we had enough and started to walk away. Half way to the door, the first lady turned around and was ready to help us. Too late. Horrible service.
