Bright Star Physical Therapy

This was NOT a fake review, anyone wanting to confirm this is welcome to call me. This company is the 100% worst I have ever encountered on every level. They took my $ 1000 deposit and vanished. Eric Shevin 818−784−2700

Bad customer service with rude email correspondences. Half the lights went out after two weeks and their customer service is appalling. It was like a favor for them to come and do the repairs, which they never did. Stay away from these people.

STAY AWAY! First, I am not a competitor, and if they dare try to say that I am, they are lying!!! I received a flyer on my door for Christmas lighting services. I called them and left a message to set up an appointment for an estimate. They came out right away! Charles gave me a quote for a fully decorated tree, a lit up garland, and lights around the house. Charles said they would install the day after Thanksgiving, and based on the timing and fact that he promised me a tree that would look like the tree at Nordstrom, I went ahead and chose to go with Bright Star’s services. A 50% deposit was required at the time of the quote, which we paid.
Not only did they not come the day after Thanksgiving, but they also did not come the following 10 days. I repeatedly called to find out when they were coming, but no one ever answered the telephone. I left several messages, and every so often someone would return my call and tell me they would come the next day. Finally someone arrived…
2 people showed up late one afternoon and set up the Christmas tree and the lights outside. After several hours that went late into the night, they left with a single strand of lights around a two story house and Christmas tree that made Charlie Brown’s look amazing.
I called the office to find out when the job would be completed. After several more phone calls, Charles came by and informed me that the while he agreed that the tree looked nothing like that of Nordstrom, the job was complete (even though the lights in the tree didn’t even work!). This company really scammed me out of more than $ 3,000! Thank goodness I had my own working lights and beautiful decorations to fill in the tree. I had to unfortunately leave the sad lights on the house untouched.
Please Please Please learn from this review and avoid this company. They actually had the nerve to randomly show up unannounced at my house to «store» the tree so that I could use their services the following year (one of the «perks»). I obviously declined the use of this service.

Brite Star Lighting just completed a building for me in Santa Barbara. They arrived on time with a professional crew. They were completely prepared with a clean and organized truck. Their crew went right to work on our building and had it completed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend using Brite Star Lighting. Be sure to get on their schedule early so you have a spot on their busy calendar. It is worth every penny!

i also never write reviews but definitely have to here. the staff at bright star is incredibly rude. after waiting 4 days for them to finish installing my lights (a job which they started two days late), leaving numerous messages and sending e-​mails to find out when they would finish, i finally told them i would have someone else finish the job. so then they finally responded by telling me to quit threatening them. this is the most unprofessional company i’ve ever worked with. stay away!
the comments from the company are completely untrue. i am not a competitor but a individual who had a terrible experience with this company. but of course instead of admitting their mistakes and trying to find a way to fix them, they simply attacked me. once again proving how unprofessional they truly are. as i said before… stay away!!!
