Very warm (don’t worry it’s not to warm to melt the ice cream) and heartfelt welcoming whilst stepping into this prestigious establishment. The customer service is impeccable, especially from the welcoming staff who adds a great charismatic feeling in the air when you are inside this amazing Baskin-​Robbins.

came here on December 31^st, they were pretty busy but I received great customer service! A nice young man helped me with no issues even though i ordered a ton of different ice cream and he had people behind me. The ice cream is always delicious and you can never go wrong with a sample! Yum!

I was in a pinch and needed a cake right away. The staff not only opened early for me on short notice, but made a custom cake on the spot and they were very friendly. Definitely my go to spot. Nice assortment, and fast, friendly service, thank you!

This is a perfectly fine Baskin Robbins in Newbury park. The two times I’ve come here they have not had any clown cones (my favorite) but my friend comes here more often and says he’s seen them. Hopefully the fact that they don’t stick around long means they’re fresh? I will find out if they ever have them in stock when I visit. :)
Since they didn’t have clown cones I got a regular scoop of ice cream on a sugar cone. the cone was crisp and the ice cream was cold, sweet and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful and the store was clean. Can’t ask for more! I’d return here.
Note: this is a small shop and they have some classic/​standard flavors that are NOT in the display cases. They are behind the counter and there is a menu board listing them. My friend thought they had no vanilla offerings at all but one of the staff pointed to the menu board where they had a couple vanilla options. That was also where I found my World Class Chocolate that I had thought was missing.

Always love this place. I would have given it 5 stars except for one thing. When making my cone, the guy broke the cone while putting the ice cream on it. He picked the broken pieces out of the ice cream with his bare fingers and proceeded to put it on a new cone and try to hand it to me. We had to ask for a new one since he handled the ice cream with the same fingers he handled money with. Sounds like a training issue. This is the first time this has ever happened.

There’s something about ice cream. This simple, frozen confection can dry eyes, bring smiles and bring goodwill to all of mankind… Well, maybe not, but it is amazing, isn’t it?
As ice creameries go you basically have Caravel, Cold Stone and 31 Flavors/​Baskin-​Robbins. Each adds their own twist and flavor to ice cream, but in the end it’s all good.
Baskin-​Robbins is still the same place you remember as a kid. Long horizontal freezers where you can shop for that perfect flavor. The same pink ice cream parlor motif and the same excellent products. Your choice of waffle cones or cookie cones. Why mess with success, right?
The Michael Drive store is a fine example which features a full variety of services, including custom ice cream cakes and party favors. This store has always appeared clean, organized and inviting. The staff are very helpful, courteous and work very hard to make sure every order is done right.
The hand-​packed pints and quarts have always been generous and excellent and the cakes are fantastic. Of the big three, Baskin-​Robbins definitely gives you more value for your dollar. The flavor, texture and fixings can all be debated, but in the end, BR is the better deal.
Another plus with this store is its location. It’s close to several restaurants, the Library, a park and a school. Perfect…

Nothing compares to having fresh ice cream waffle cones and good service. This location is very small yes but makes up for it with the service. The people are great and make sure your experience is worth while. This location is across the street from my work and I always grab a cone a couple times a week.
The flavors vary from «birthday cake» to strawberry and chocolate chip… my favorites. They have everything and are never running out of flavors. Also they now have floats and their banana splits are great!

While Ben & Jerry’s or Haagen Daz have a much richer, creamier texture and flavor, they are also loaded with a lot more fat content. Yet, 31 Flavors (as I call them) serves a reliable, competetive, (little) less fat ice cream. My brain allows me to justify THIS ice cream. My favorite all-​time flavors are Gold Medal Ribbon and Mint Chocolate Chip. There’s also a special flavor that I haven’t seen in years, I think it’s called «Here Comes the Fudge»…not sure about that title, but I really love that. Wish they’d bring it back.

Maybe it’s just been awhile since I’ve visited one of these ice cream shops… but this particular one had a sh*t load of new & wild flavors (Love Potion #9…um since when?) and the highschool girls behind the counter were pimple & attitude-​FREE. Wow, that’s unprecedented!
