Rapid Tire Service

I have been going to Rapid for over 20 years mostly for commercial truck tires. Tommy is not the friendliest guy you will meet but for service no shop is better than his. I have been in business since 1978 and bought may tires in many states, I am never happy to buy tires but I am always happy to deal with Rapid Tire. Its like a NASCAR pit stop your in and out they are great at what they do.

I have been using Rapid Tire for the past three years and they continue to impress me. While there is no waiting room with wifi, or any customer luxuries, their service is so fast that you don’t even need one. A typical visit goes like this: The day before I call them and request the specific tire and size I want, which they order without any deposit (which to me seems crazy but I’m ok with it), the next day I show up without any appointment, a team of guys swarm my car, remove the wheels and tires, mount and balance the new ones, and reinstall all four wheels before I’m even out of the office after paying! They also stand by their work, once they did a tire for me and it did not feel right when driving, they without question rebalanced it for no charge.
The best story I have is that I needed a replacement tire for my VW GTI, which came with Pirellis. The office guy told me on the phone that he would be happy to sell me a $ 200+ Pirelli, but recommended a $ 160 Kumho, taking the time to explain that it was a better tire, which he had had much better luck with. He also pointed out that he would rather sell me a better tire knowing that I would be back, than to sell me a more expensive tire and be pissed off and never return. I recommend Rapid to everyone I know, and have never heard anything negative from any of those people…

I needed to replace one of my tires because of a bubble, my husband found the place after calling many places inquiring about the special size, model and manufacture. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, and the service was super fast! We had an appointment as soon as i got in they serviced my vehicle, within minutes I was on my way. The only thing that was a pain was finding the place, I must have drove by twice before I spotted the address. Great Place! Will use it again.

Boy are they rapid! Great service get you in and out with quality; only go to them for tires.

went here for tires and asked for 2 goodyear tires that were 89 dollars a piece. they ended up putting on cheap champiro tires that run for about 59 a piece. they made a ton of noise and everything cost $ 192 for the tires and mounting. wasnt til i got home that I realized you guys are a RIPOFF.
