You can’t expect too much crom GameStop but my big beef is that they sell open games as new. Multiple times I called to see if they have a new game and am told yes. I show up only to be given an opened game that they say is new. When i complain they say well it hasn’t been played. First how do i know that and second if I buy a game, unwrap it in the parking lot, and walk back in to return it they won’t do it because it’s used. So if I open a game and don’t play it it’s used but if they open a game and don’t play it it’s new. I’m sure this is a corporate policy and not specific to this store but they should at least let you know they only have opened copies left instead of just trying to sneak it by you.

I normally hate GameStop but this location is top notch. Customer service will leave you dumb founded wondering if you’ve really wondered into a GameStop franchise because this place treats customers with care(highly unorthodox for this franchise). I stop in every so often to pick up a game and lines even when long move really fast. This location is such a good spot that half the time they don’t have the game you are looking for but the associates will stop you and insist on calling another store to help you find your game. The only reason I don’t give this a 5 star rating is because I’m very particular about my 5 star ratings and this is GameStop.
