The place is okay if you’ve reserved the game, but if you need anything else, well good luck(same goes for practically every GameStop in the country). Since employees change often, don’t expect lasting business relationships or anything remotely close to exceptional service. Instead expect comments on every game you’re trading in or certain used games to no longer exist(convenient timing, especially during deals). The same entitled behavior that exists behind virtually every GameStop counter, exists here too. They frown upon doing any extra legwork themselves and they expect to be paid as employees on top of it. They’ve also become the«Quick Oil Changes» of the industry, upselling you at every turn or blatantly lying to your face. You’re better off just using Amazon or BestBuy.

Normally I would never give a game store 5 stars. But this place far exceeded my expectations customer service wise. First off. I don’t really play video games, I get bored with them. This review is on the customer service I received here. I decided after I got back from a trip. I wanted to by a PS4 someone I had been talking to told me I had to get this game. So I had to buy the system lol. I called up the number around noon. This girl put me on hold. Then apologized for the inconvenience. I asked her is she had any PS4 systems In stock she said yes she would pull one in the back and reserve it if I would like. She took my name and then asked if I need anything else. So I named a few new games and she said she will see me later. When I arrived. The place was pretty busy but«the sales guy opened the door for me which I thought was super nice of him» I told him I was picking up some reserved items. He had me go talk to the girl who immediately said«your josh right?» She said she had all my stuff here. She asked me if I wanted anything else to my order. I told her«no, I travel too much to play vid games I have a big boy job» I was not intending to sound like a jerk. But she said«ouch that one hurt josh«I felt super bad I would never intentionally put someone down like that. I did not think twice about what I said. After she rang me up she was soo nice. She carried my bags to my car. So I have her a tip. I’m not making this up ether. I never thought in a million years someone would carry my games out for me. I would expect it in a LV or a gucci store but not a local game store. The only downside I have. There was this couple in the store arguing over a game. A grown adult and his wife arguing over weather or not to get a game. Like I’m sorry buddy no one wants to hear that. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone. PROS: — staff far exceeded my expectations — reserved everything just went in and paid — carried my bags to car CONS: — customers in store were arguing over a game

I HATE this store! I left this store foaming at the mouth! Stopped in to pick up a new game, DESPITE having had bad experiences here in the past(I wanted the game that bad). Anyone who shops GameStop regularly knows they have a tendency to remove the games from the cases to display the games. As much as it sucks to get the«opened» game I can live with it when it’s a game I really want(granted I get all the contents). What I can’t live with is telling me you want my $ 55 for a CDONLY! Either it’s store policy to rip off customers or poor employee training. After I asked if they were going to significantly discount the so called«new» game in CD form only, they said very seriously NO because the game was in fact«new». I laughed and told the sales guy he must be smoking a serious crack pipe if he thinks I’m going to buy a game CD with no user manual or case for full retail price. I ended up going to Walmart paying the same price but got the game CD, user manual AND the case. At this point I loathe this store!
