Years ago, this was the absolute WORST Firestone (horrible wait times, inflated prices, rude, pushy manager) and I would actually drive all the way to Poughkeepsie to get the car worked on instead. BUT, on the advice of the Poughkeepsie service center, I gave them another chance because I was told they now have new management and I can say that the difference is amazing. Quick service, car was taken in on time as per my scheduled appointment, helpful, friendly, professional, polite staff, everything was explained to me, didn’t try to add extra stuff to my service, etc. — I had a great experience and would highly recommend this branch now.
