If I could give a negative 5 on the rating I would. First the staff was rude, the nurse practitioner had zero patient skills and her bedside manner left a lot to be desired. She was rough and callous in handling a lower back injury. Then when x rays were taken the nurse didn’t offer any help getting the patient, who was using a walk, until patient requested an arm. She acted put out at the request. After xrays were over she offered no assistance to PT, just said «take your time». I’ve gotten more compassion from my dogs vet. When leaving nurse practitioner ordered disc of xray to be sent with PT. PT was told «Let me finish checking out this patient» pt had to wait ½ hour while the receptionist finished checking out several invisible people. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever!

The staff is rude and have no knowledge on how to perform x Rays on elderly with previous hip fractures. They over charge the elderly stating Medicare does not cover when I called Medicare they said the procedure was covered and should have been a co pay of 50 dollars and not the 150 dollars they charged me taking advantage that I needed the X-​ray beware of excess charges and verify with your health ins. The manager is ignorant and rude and has no knowledge what so ever SO BeWare

If i have to go to a urgent care, ill go to this one. Everyone is so nice and talk to you like they’re your friend. They really care and take time with me as i believe they do with everyone else. Ill go for the service and i usually dont have to wait very long. once was 20 minutes and another was a little longer… but sure beats the ER of 4 hours at the crazy chain places.
