Worst experience ever. After being rear ended I called to see what kind of time frame the shop had for the repairs and was told up to two weeks just because they may have to wait for parts. Ok sounded reasonable enough. From that point forward it was nothing but being put off and lied to over and over. It was 3.5 weeks before they tore into my car enough to figure out what additional parts were needed. During this time being told over and over they were waiting for parts. Now I’ve run out of rental car coverage, one would think the body shop would secure a rental since they are the ones who were in over their heads with too much work. After basically throwing a fit my car is mysteriously ready. Go pick it up and I have no tail lights. The tech apologized over and over that they should have fought it but they didn’t. They can’t fix it and send it to the dealer to be fixed. Still no rental even though it was their lack of knowledge that’s caused me not to have a car 6 weeks after the accident. As a less important side note my car paint resembles the peel of the oranges in my fridge! I understand there can be issues, but don’t lie to your customer. Don’t play the game blaming each other in the shop for the work not being done and your word not being kept thinking that somehow that absolves you from responsibility. People depend on your word. Tell me your too busy to take on another car, tell me you haven’t even tore into it yet. But do NOT lie to your customer. When you screw up own it and do your best to remedy the situation. It would have been simple enough to get me a rental until you get caught up enough to get to my car and fix it the way you claim you would. Never again. This shop is one of the reason body shops have bad reputations.

These guys did a great job repairing some body damage to my old Honda Civic including parts for a replacement bumper cover. Ryan was quick and courteous on getting me an estimate and keeping me informed though the process. They came in under their bid(which was competitive with others in the area including the larger chain types with volume advantages) and turned the job around in just two days. Unfortunately now the front bumper looks way better than the rest of the car! I will definitely use them again!

I will never use this shop again. They did a good job on fixing up the car but when we received our car back it had a flat tire and had no gas. When we called the place and let them know mainly about the flat tire. We were first accused of making the flat tire, than told that they are not liable for the flat tire. My husband ended up having to talk to the person in charge to get anything taken care of. What really pissed my husband and myself off is being accused of making the flat tire than talked to like we were crap.

Avoid this shop if at all possible and don’t let its neon lights fool you. I took my car to this shop after being rear-ended. The result I ended up with was a mis-matched bumper that had paint peeling off it.(Fail!) I immediately noticed the cut corners when the car was delivered. I instantly took it to the shop and showed the owner, who made excuses for the shoddy work. He instantly changed his tune when I told him I was going to report the incident to my insurance company and the BBB. I had a legitimate bumper within a couple days.
