What happened to this subway?! The owner must not care, always runs out of product, always short staffed, which makes them very slow! Store is somewhat clean as are the employees. It’s a shame. When they first opened my family would frequently come here, they knew our names and orders by heart, but now we rarely go because it has gone down hill.

As I have been working in Newberg now for going on 5 months, this Subway location has kept me well fed. I am totally that Portland vegan who asks for gloves to be changed when my veggie sandwich is being made. Not only has every employee done this without a side glance or comment, they now know me & automatically change gloves for me. This is huge to me. The fact that the employees are so considerate of my dietary needs & wishes. This Subway location is always clean & the entire staff is very welcoming. I see 5 + more months of eating here in my future.

This Subway carries the gluten free bread. The guy that made our sandwiches was knowledgeable about gluten intolerance and wiped everything down without us asking. Made my wife’s day!

The bread I just ordered tasted as if it was a day old. Now if it wasn’t I would be surprised. I’ve eaten a lot of subways and I’ve always enjoyed their bread but not at this place.
