I heard great thing about this company from a couple of friends who used them and highly recommended them. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t so great. I just needed a full move-​out cleaning, including carpets and windows. I did a lot of the actual cleaning myself beforehand, just basically needed a more thorough cleaning and carpets and windows done. The actual house cleaning was fine — although a little overpriced based on what I had already cleaning myself. The carpet cleaning is where the huge disappointment came in. At first when the carpet was still wet, it looked fine. The next day I went back to look at the dry carpet and there were stains everywhere — stains that were not even visible before it was cleaned. The cleaner advised me that there was no way the stains were ever going to come out — but offered to clean the carpet again. Running short on time, I didn’t have time to wait and see if the second time around with the same equipment would do any different, I grabbed some stain cleaner from the store and got all the stains out myself. $ 360 wasted and lesson learned, next time I’ll just do all the cleaning myself and hire a more professional caret cleaning service. In the end I lost all cleaning deposits on the house too because even the landlord wasn’t happy with the poor job…

I used Jeremiah for a move out cleaning. He was amazing! Prices were great, after I looked at my empty place I thought it looked awful… he said «oh, it’s not that bad»! Bless his heart :) and when he was done, spotless! Will use him again and again and recommend him to anyone I can.

I used all American cleaning choice for a move out cleaning. Jeremiah was very polite and did not give me the run around on prices. He even accommodated the cleaning around my busy work schedule. I was pleased with the work and now have regular cleanings in the new house. I highly recommend all American cleaning choice, they won’t disappoint.

Needed a move out cleaning of an old apartment that had mold issues. Some windows did not operate and were difficult (i’m sure) to clean. There was about a pickup truck load of garbage that we had not been able to get out of the apartment at the last minute and bagged it up and put it neatly by the corner for waste management to pick up. Oven spotless, sink and toilet were clean. Everything looked new on the inside. When doing the move out inspection the landlord commented that everything looked new inside.
I had lots of issues with this apartment and the mold was not a light amount of mold. The mold was stained into the wall and difficult to get off with a sponge and mold cleaner and towels. (I tried)
Jeremiah arrived at the site at 9:30 and finished everything by 5pm. There was a lot of extra work to be done and I had every window sill and blinds done as well as the mold and trash removal was $ 275. I was incredibly impressed with the result.
Because I moved to Portland and was not able to look at the job on the move out in Newberg Jeremiah also took the time to take pictures of how clean everything was. Needless to say I was completely impressed.
For easier jobs he will do a simple move out clean for $ 60 – 80 however it was a bit more involved in my case and Jeremiah handled it very professionally.
