****Update**** I contacted grubhub about the nasty order. They couldn’t do much because it was a cash order. They called the restaurant and the cook had the nerve to say that the food was cooked perfectly fine and that the most they would give me is a $ 5 credit to the restaurant. At least the operator was kind enough to issue me free grub. Again. Do not order from this place. The chef is a pathetic excuse for a person who can’t even take responsibility. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My fiancé and I ordered the chicken parm and the«½ lb cheeseburger deluxe». Starting with the burger… it wasn’t half a pound at all… it was a deluxe and didn’t even have lettuce or tomatoes. We asked for onion rings instead of fries… let me say that the amount they gave us was pitiful. It was literally a handful in a huge tray…9 to be exact. Not to mention, they were also very soggy, soft and drenched in oil. Onto to my dish… the salad was on the skimpy and lazy side… the garlic bread was such a joke… it was flattened… and it consisted of butter and garlic powder… seriously, garlic powder? You’re a restaurant, spring for the real stuff and stop being cheap. Now to the pasta… it was overcooked and mushy, the sauce had NO taste whatsoever… also inedible. The chicken was the only thing I could stomach and actually eat. The last time I ordered from this place, I had to call and cancel because they were an hour late with my order and when I called, they told me their oven wasn’t working. According to them they tried to call multiple times. They wanted to do the rest of my order and make me wait longer. I canceled and they told me that they’d refund my money, they just had to wait for the manager to do it. That was a lie because a few days later it was still being charged to my bank account. This place was the worst. I ordered the Chicken penne with vodka sauce, and Chicken Alfredo they both come with salads which was so nasty. The food presentation was nice but the food has no flavor, like literally no taste! I will not be ordering from here ever again. $ 30 down the drain…

This was one of the worst places I have ordered delivery from in Newark, and that says a lot. Newark is a culinary wasteland with very few decent restaurants and only one really good one(Forno’s) that I’ve been able to find. I ordered a cheesesteak with extra cheese… which they did not include. This sandwich was so dry I had to take a drink after every bit. I only made it to three before I just threw the damn thing away. I also ordered a onion rings, which were inedible. They were cold, mushy and just disgusting. As a backup, like I said I have stayed in Newark before, I ordered a small cheese tomato pie. I would have been better of to just open the window and throw my money out to the bums sleeping on the sidewalk outside the hotel. Two recommendations… 1) don’t stay in Newark 2) Don’t order delivery while in Newark. It never ends well.

Tried this restaurant for the first time today. They were busy and I was told my order would take a little while which is expected in Newark business area. We got a pizza and greek salad, both were good. Great experience. The woman who helped us was so sweet, well order again soon. I suggest getting the pizza, subs, salads and their desserts.

VERYDISAPPOINTED!!! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with disco fries and my total came to $ 16. I waited an hour for the food to arrive and once it arrived my order was wrong. My burger was medium rare in which I asked it to be well done. The burger had no taste and the presentation was horrible. I will not be ordering anything else from there.

Ordered via Grubhub, received order 2+ hours after ordering, granted there was a graduation taking place at the Prudential Center. Called the restaurant to notify and was yelled at by the man that picks up the phone followed by him hanging up the phone on me. Called Grubhub and they issued a refund. They offer a good salad but I will not tolerate disrespect or horrible restaurant customer service. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
