After using Watermark Builders for 3 remodelling projects, I rate them a 10 on
plumbing, electrical (including lighting systems), tile/​porcelain setting (mortar float, not backerboard), installation work, and all other aspects of remodeling.
The 10 rating goes for honesty and integrity, for craftsmanship, promptness and cleaning up after each day. Brian Rose gave us a detailed estimate and managed to stay within it with no surprises.
The best testament I can offer is this: in 2012 we used Watermark for a bathroom remodel. We got 4 quotes. Watermark was not the highest or lowest, but provided us with the most detailed scope of work, so we chose Watermark. We were so pleased with the quality, that we asked Brian to continue with a second bathroom, which he did.
In 2013, we decided to remodel our kitchen, and based on our experiences and confidence, we did not ask for any competing quotes. We are glad we stayed with a proven contractor

It is my great pleasure to be the first to submit a review here for Watermark Builders. Brian and his crew recently completed a long-​overdue remodel of our kitchen, and we could not possibly be more satisfied customers. Having heard a few horror stories from friends who endured remodels with less-​than-​stellar contractors, we feel very fortunate to have worked with a really great one. From start to finish, the process was professional, thorough, personal, and positive. From Day One, we were completely comfortable having the crew in our house. At the end of every work day the site was left tidy and clean — even the guest bathroom facilities appeared to have been wiped down after use! The project was completed ahead of time, on-​budget, and with zero unresolved issues. Brian’s reliable crew (someone always called to let us know if anyone was running even slightly late for a scheduled appointment) are skilled and meticulous craftspeople, who take great pride in «doing things right», and were able to suggest small improvements we had not even considered in the original planning process. Everyone who has seen the finished project has been impressed, including a retired contractor friend whose immediate comment was «Wow, there’s certainly no question about the quality of *this* work!». If you are looking for someone with attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and high ethical standards, both personal and professional, you should look no further.
