I’ve had multiple good experiences with this location and their very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My entire family (all 5 of us) have bought each of our last 2 phones here over the past few years. During my most recent trip last week, Jim (the owner) took extra time to go through my bill and ended up saving my family almost $ 40 per month, even though 2 of us had switched from basic phones to smart phones! We were extremely appreciative of his help, and I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and extended family.
I’ve waited in line at big VZW stores in the past just to have a disinterested salesperson treat me like another number. Definitely never doing that again — go to this location and they will make the whole process quick and painless.

I will not be returning to this Verizon Wireless Zone ever again. I wanted to simply activate a phone, but the owner insisted that he could not help me since I did not buy the phone through his store, which is completely unacceptable. He insisted that I leave and that he couldn’t help me. I stuck around and soon I was helped by the store manager, Mark. He was absolutely great, he helped me with ease to activate my phone. I was extremely angered when the owner made a remark to the manager to charge me DOUBLE ($ 20) as opposed to the normal activation charge, $ 10. Mark was kind enough to ignore his very ignorant owner and charge me only $ 10. Overall, the employees are great and super helpful but the owner is very ignorant and should have his Verizon franchise revoked. Thanks
