Tried Two Guys Pizza Villa last night because we always liked Pizza Villa.
We tried two pizzas, pepperoni & mushroom and sausage & banana pepper. We were disappointed with the texture of the crust. It was not crispy or flakey like Elms Pizza. This might be because they use a conveyor belt instead of a pizza oven. Or it’s just a different recipe – thin, but more chewy.
The sausage did not seem to homemade, and the tiny little balls had a tendency to roll right off the slice.
The moose bites appetizer is a unique waffle-​style French fry which seemed to contain pizza sauce and a spicy pepperoni, topped with cheese. Different.
