Seriously disappointed almost every day. One might ask, «why do you keep going back?» It’s because there’s no other coffee shop around that area with a drive thru. Believe me, I wish there were.
I order the exact same thing every day: Medium mocha latte with no whipped topping. And every time it tastes completely different than the day before and amazingly enough the price varies each day and the wait time is outrageous. I’ve noticed they’re looking to hire for morning shift so I guess it adds up that they’re super slow and disorganized at 8am.
I just don’t think my order is that hard. if anything it’s one less step you’d normally take to make a traditional mocha latte (no whipped topping).
Oh and the way the drive thru is set up is annoying. People come in through the EXIT completely ignoring the exit signs set up on both sides of the drive and ditch people already waiting in line WHO CAME IN THE RIGHT WAY and wedge their car inch by inch to make sure you can’t do anything. It’s not fair and happens every time I’m there. Go around and get in line behind the cars already waiting like a normal human being. The owner or whomever needs to address this problem and properly set up some kind of solution for this.

The sign says that they are open 24 hours but they never seem to be open. The past couple months, they always seem to be closed after midnight. Poor advertising for people that live a third shift life.

This is definitely a step up in convenience food outlets. Got a muffin, egg white, Canadian bacon, and cheese sandwich served on a plate and their delicious house brewed coffee came in a ceramic mug. All for the same price as those fast food places that frequently mess up your order, and the food tastes like cardboard.

Great breakfast sandwiches. New owner had faster staff. Good selection of donuts now.
Needs to turn TV volume down in dining area.
