This used to be one of the best taco bell around. But then all of a sudden the staff has totally changed and the service just went down the hill. The worst experience we had was when we had to wait for 35 minutes for our food(we didnt wanna leave just cuz we already waited for that long and were dead tired getting off from work) so we waited. There were probably 6 cars that were stuck in the drive thru line for like 30 minutes also. Some people that were dining in asked for their money back, it was really bad that day. Also, this taco bell doesn’t seem like to care if the tables are clean or not. There are nomore sauces or napkins on the counter where they usually are. unless you asked them then theyll give you. The food are made with no love at all. I dont know what happen but we said it to ourselves that this taco bell isnt worth our time anymore.

I must have been in the same drive-thru line today as the other reviewer. It took 25 minutes to get my food. Gas wasted. I would have backed out but was trapped by four more cars. I also specified two times that I wanted Fresco Tacos and the guy kept saying«yes, crunchy tacos.» I did NOT get Fresco Tacos and wonder if they’re still on the menu. I will not go back to this location. The Thornton Avenue location is much better. I also want to make a general comment about the menu I saw today(the long wait had me reading). I guess I haven’t been to Taco Bell in a few months, and I haven’t noticed the full menu because I always get the same thing. It used to be my favorite go-to fast food. I loved the fresco tacos. It seems they have totally changed their menu to offer products through their partnerships with other brands: Starburst drinks, Dorito shells, Captain Crunch sugar balls. I can’t believe the Junk they are serving! I’ll go to my neighborhood taqueria from now on and give up on these guys.

This place closes early because their short on staff. Do not show up at 20 minutes before. She was an indian lady, she was on the heavier side and was very rude. We walked in and she had so much attitude. We walked out and she said«yeah thats what i thought». She talked back to us. Very horrible service. Never coming here again

I went to the drive thur for a late dinner today. And was helped by Sarah. Right away she was very short with her responses and rude cutting me off and talking way to fast. After pulling to the window to pay. I notice she was just chatting with her co workers and not paying attention to what she was doing. She gave us our food and then closed the window. But then quickly realized she almost for got our drinks. She handed them to us and was still chatting away with her coworkers. I told her to do her job as I pulled away she yelled shut up out the window. I immediately went in to the dining area and asked to talk to someone in charge. Some other worker there told me she was in charge. I told the worker what happened and the worker quickly apologize for Sarah. And said something like it won’t happen again. I asked for the owners number. I will be giving him a call. There is a Taco Bell on Thorton. That is close by. I will go there from now on. Never again will I go to this Taco Bell!!!

Very very clean and I haven’t had any mistakes made with my orders. The drive thru is fast as well. This place can get really busy in the afternoon since it’s located near Newark HS and all the kids go there. I have stopped in when it’s busy and still received my food quickly and with out mistakes. I drive to this Taco Bell over going to the one on Thornton.

I don’t use the term«Comedy of Errors» that often, but I’m using it now. As my friends on Unilocal have probably realized, my reviews tend to focus on service rather than food quality. I don’t set out to do that necessarily, but I guess that’s a reflection of what’s most important to me in any dining experience. I came into this Taco Bell at 5:45pm on a week day, and there was no one else in the dining area besides me. One car was in the drive-up. I waited two minutes to be acknowledged at the front counter. After my order was placed, it took another 12 minutes for them to hand me my tray of food. 12 minutes. It’s not like I ordered off-menu items. This is Taco Bell. The workers here were clearly not interested in working. Lots of laughing and conversations back in the food prep area — all of which is fine, as long as you’re actually preparing food in the food prep area.

Every time I’ve ordered here has always been a great experience. The drive through is slightly slower than other places, but it’s not an easy job to work so it doesn’t really bother me. The drive through workers are very nice to the point where I’d probably like to be friends with them. Maybe someday I’ll ask when they get off haha. Since I’m vegetarian, I always get the same stuff and it has never failed me. They do make everything on the menu vegetarian on request though, so another +.

I went to this Taco Bell twice on the same night and the drive thru has to be the slowest fast food drive thru I’ve ever been in my entire life! No exaggeration! It took me 35 min first time and 15 the second. The food was not warm and was mediocre in terms of fillings of burritos etc. if you can go to another Taco Bell, I recommend avoiding it.

Ordered at the drive-thru, asked for a #10 and the order screen showed #11. When asked if the«order on the screen is correct?» I said«no, it says #11, I ordered #10.» Her reply was that it actually is #10, and I am reading it wrong. I paid, got my order, and I got a #11. Thanks.

Had a not so good visit this morning. The food sucked! Usually this is a really good Taco Bell. The burritos were rubber, the food was not hot, not even warm. Just plain cold. And the fruitista wasn’t even any good. It turned into an ice block after a few sips. Oh yeah and the good old broken taco shell bullshit has been happening the last few visits.

I ordered a chicken chalupa and it wasnt fresh :( The salsa tasted like it was just taken out of the fridge, and the wrap was hard and old. I think the lettuce was, too. It looked like it had been soaked in water for too long. Avoid this location!
